This policy explains how you may use digital products purchased from Too Design (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.

1. What You're Buying

When you purchase a digital product, you’re buying a license to use it, not the product itself. Too Design retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to every template, pattern, graphic, layout, and kit we create, before and after purchase.

2. Ready-to-Go Templates

All ready-to-go templates are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
Customize the template with your own text, images, colors, and details
Use the finished result for yourself (for example, your own resume, a personal project, or your personal social media)
Print or share the customized result for personal purposes

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original or unmodified template files, whether free or paid
Sell or offer the templates, or lightly edited versions of them, as your own product
Use the templates for client work, business branding, or any commercial purpose
Upload the templates to any marketplace, template library, or file-sharing platform
Claim the original template design as your own creation
Use our templates to train AI or machine learning models

3. Branding Kits

Branding Kits are limited-edition products. Each kit is sold to a maximum of [2-3] customers in total, after which it is permanently retired.

Limited-Edition Commercial License

Unlike our templates, a Branding Kit license permits commercial use for one business or brand. You may:

Customize the kit and use it as the visual identity for one business, brand, or project
Use it across your website, packaging, social media, print materials, and marketing
Modify colors, layouts, and typography to fit your brand

Note:

Because the kit is sold to a small number of buyers, we recommend customizing it so your brand stays distinctive.

You may not register the unmodified kit elements (such as the logo or marks) as a trademark, since other licensed buyers hold the same base design.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the kit files, in whole or in part.
You may not use one license for multiple businesses. Additional brands require additional licenses, subject to availability.
Too Design retains ownership of the original design and the right to display the kit in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Custom Projects

Custom design projects are governed by the agreement, proposal, or contract signed for that project. The terms cover ownership, usage rights, and transfer of rights, and they take priority over this policy if they conflict.

5. File Formats and Third-Party Elements

Our products are delivered in different formats depending on the product, as described on each product page. The license terms in this policy apply regardless of format.

Some products may include or link to third-party resources such as fonts, stock images, icons, or platform tools. These remain subject to the licenses and terms of their original providers, and you are responsible for reviewing and following them. Where a product needs specific software, you are responsible for having it.

6. License Transfer and Sharing

Your license is for you only and cannot be transferred, sold, sublicensed, or shared with others. If someone else needs to use the product, they must purchase their own license.

7. Violations

If you breach these terms, your license is automatically terminated. We may also take appropriate action, including requesting removal of infringing content, reporting violations to the relevant platforms, and pursuing legal remedies. No refund is due if your license is terminated for a violation.

8. Questions or Extended Licensing

If you need broader usage rights than your license allows, such as commercial use of a template, please contact us at hello@toodesign.us before using the product. We’re happy to discuss extended or custom licensing.
