Welcome to Too Design. By using our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website.

1. About Us

Too Design (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers ready-to-go digital templates, limited-edition Branding Kits, and custom design projects.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase from us. If you’re buying for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Products and Services

Templates: Digital templates (resumes, patterns, social media posts, and more) delivered in the formats listed on each product page.
Branding Kits: Limited-edition kits sold to a maximum of 2-3 customers in total. Once the limit is reached, the kit is retired.
Custom Projects: Bespoke design work delivered under a project proposal or agreement.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary across screens and printers, and mockups in previews are not included unless stated.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in [currency] and may change at any time. The price at checkout applies to your order.
Templates and Branding Kits are paid in full at checkout. Custom projects follow the payment schedule in your proposal or invoice.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We don’t store your full card details.
We may cancel and refund an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by download link or email after payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. Please provide a correct email address, download your files promptly, and make sure you have the software needed to open them. If you don’t receive your files, contact us within 7 days.

6. License and Refunds

Your use of our products is governed by our Digital Product Licensing policy, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read both before purchasing. If these Terms conflict with either policy on licensing or refunds, that policy applies.

7. Custom Projects

A project starts once you accept our proposal and pay the initial deposit.
You agree to provide a clear brief, materials, and feedback on time. Delays on your side may extend the timeline.
Your project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. Extra revisions or changes to the scope may cost extra.
Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you only after full payment. We keep our unused concepts, pre-existing tools and methods, and the right to show completed work in our portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You confirm you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content and products, including designs, templates, graphics, and logos, belong to Too Design and are protected by law. Purchasing doesn’t transfer ownership, except for custom project deliverables as described above.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, scrape our content, or misrepresent yourself. We may restrict access if these rules are broken.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Our products and services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee particular results, such as landing a job or increasing sales, or that files will work on every device or software version. Please review your final output before using or publishing it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend your access or terminate your license if you breach these Terms or our policies. No refund is due if this happens because of a violation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your registered jurisdiction, e.g. Pakistan]. If you have a concern, please contact us first at [email address] so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we can't, disputes will be handled by the courts of [city, country]. If you are a consumer, this doesn't affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

Notes for you (not part of the policy):

Fill in your registered jurisdiction and court location.
If you'd prefer a US law (such as Delaware), swap the first line, but only if you have a US entity or registered agent.
For EU and UK buyers, I'd add a checkout checkbox waiving the 14-day withdrawal right on digital goods, plus a line in the Refund Policy. I can draft it if you like.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
